Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may also result in the same fee. This policy helps us respect our time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
